These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Pinnacle ("we", "us", "our"), whether through this website, WhatsApp or phone. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law.

2. Products and Pricing

  • We try to display products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting, and handcrafted or natural materials may have minor variations.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (Rs.) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown or confirmed at checkout.
  • Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and will inform you.

3. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once we confirm it by phone, SMS or WhatsApp.
  • We may call you to verify an order before dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order that cannot be verified, looks fraudulent, or is outside our delivery area.
  • You are responsible for giving a correct name, phone number and delivery location.

4. Payment

Website orders are paid by Cash on Delivery (COD). Where offered, you may also pay at delivery by UPI/QR code. Please keep the exact amount ready. Refusing a COD order without a valid reason after dispatch may lead to future COD orders being declined.

5. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

These are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or place fake orders;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or data;
  • Copy, scrape or reuse our content, images or product listings without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, product photos, logos and design — belongs to Pinnacle or its licensors and is protected by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as weather, strikes, traffic restrictions or natural events).

10. Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city where our store is located.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply from the date they are posted on this page.
